Fill in the form on the left. Click on the submit button and we will receive your file.
	You can submit more than one file, just click on more to enlarge the form.
	After you finished browse for the upload file(s), click on the Submit button to start the upload process.
	During the upload process, a dialog box will popup which shows a progress bar telling you the percentage of the process.
	Once the upload is completed, a confirmation number will be returned. Please keep this number for reference.
	Notes: If there is no reference number returned, it may be either the User ID is incorrect, the PIN is incorrect, or upload is interrupted. Please refresh the screen and retry again.
